Per dog rent is $25.00 per month.
Regulations
No aggressive breeds and must be under 60lbs on the first floor and townhomes 30lbs on the second floor.
Mix breeds MUST pass a visual inspection. Management can deny any dog at our discretion.
Cat Policies
Deposit $250 Fully refundable per move out inspection per cat.
Rent: $25 per month
